Sausage House is the definition of delicious!
We work with a small group of trusted vendors and distributors to bring the finest meat products made from traditional Continental recipes to our growing community of shoppers.
Since we first started operating in 2013, we have seen a great deal of change in the local food scene and we are proud to be playing our part in helping to alter tastes and perceptions about what food should be.
We look forward to serving the Cork community for years to come.

By choosing Sausage House, you know you are choosing the absolute best for you and your family.
Our traditional butcher's shop is full of hand-made, all-natural, ready-to-eat smoked meat products, made of 100% Irish meat only, including some of our free range products with meat taken straight from the free range farm: Ballymaloe The Farm Darren Allen Shanagarry Co. Cork.
Our products are produced and smoked on site in our factory using various woodchips.
These products, rich in flavour, are then sold in our shop in Little Island.
We also provide service for Ballymaloe by smoking their popular smoked bacon pasta sauce and for McCarthy's of Kanturk, among others.
